These terms govern use of the NORI & OAK public website while the first US release is marked Coming soon.

Public information
The website introduces the NORI & OAK brand and the planned Home Companion Box. A product is available to order only when the site displays a US price, availability, complete commercial terms, and an enabled Shopify checkout.
Product visualizations communicate intended presentation. Final materials, ingredients, formula, dimensions, directions, and packaging may differ and will be published before checkout opens.
No order before checkout
Viewing a page, selecting an analytics preference, or attempting to open a disabled checkout does not create an order, subscription, payment, reservation, or warranty.
When commerce opens, an order is formed only after the customer reviews the final terms in Shopify checkout and receives an order confirmation.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit harmful traffic, or misuse brand assets.
These terms will be updated with the merchant’s legal identity, governing-law terms, and customer-support path before the first transaction.
