This policy describes the public NORI & OAK website before transactional commerce opens.

Information used to operate the site
Hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as request time, browser type, approximate network location, and security events. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
The public site does not ask for an account, pet profile, order number, phone number, or payment information.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Optional Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integrations remain disabled unless you select “Allow analytics.” The default consent state denies analytics and advertising storage.
Your choice is stored in your browser. Selecting “Keep private” leaves optional measurement disabled. Clearing browser storage resets the choice.
Commerce providers
When checkout opens, product and cart requests may be processed by Shopify. Payment details will be entered only on Shopify’s secure checkout and will not be collected by this website.
This policy will be updated with the accountable merchant’s public contact and retention terms before the first order is accepted.
